Cancellation Policy for Velora

At Velora, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. However, if you need to cancel your order, please review our policy below.
1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment
Eligibility: Orders can be canceled any time before they are shipped.
How to Cancel:
Email us at info@velorakitchen.com with your order number and the reason for cancellation.
Refund: A full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
2. Cancellation After Shipment
Once an order is shipped, cancellation is NOT possible. However, you may be eligible for a return or exchange after delivery if the product received is damaged.
3. Customized or Engraved Products
Non-cancellable: Orders for customized or engraved products are final sale and cannot be cancelled once placed.
Refunds: These items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
4. Delayed Shipments
In case of shipment delays, we will notify you promptly. You may choose to cancel for a full refund unless the product has already been dispatched.
5. Force Majeure
Velora is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances.
6. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days from cancellation confirmation.
The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method.
